STiR wins the best stall at SCERT foundation day

State Council of Educational Research and Training celebrated its 35th foundation day on 5th May 2022 in Delhi, India. The celebratory event was attended by the Honourable Deputy Chief Minister, Manish Sisodia, Mr. H. Rajesh Prasad and Member of Legislative Assembly, Ms. Atishi Marlena.

STiR was delighted to be a part of this celebration and we had the pleasure to present our 4-year journey of the Teacher Development Programme, which we deliver in the state in partnership with the SCERT. This was a very proud day for us as we received the best stall award from the honourable guests. The presentation stall included –

  • Standing banner with data indicators to show our impact.
  • Media displaying the purpose of the programme, the structure of a learning improvement cycle, the pillars of intrinsic motivation and our key system stakeholders.
  • Examples of different programmatic activities like annual meetings with system officials, classroom observations, institutes and network meetings.
  • Research indicators and data to show the gradual progress of this programme and its impact.

Our programme in Delhi is synonymous with observation, reflection and feedback which was visible in our stall as we asked visitors for their feedback. Many people visited the stall and appreciated the work that we have done.

“We are grateful to be honoured with this award and look forward to supporting SCERT in their work ahead.” Shadab Ahmed, Associate Head of Programmes.
