We’re very sad to announce that our Chief Programme Officer James Townsend and our Uttar Pradesh Associate Head Sandy Singh have decided to move on from STiR.
James has been with STiR since the very beginning (our first 25 teachers in Delhi in 2012), so it will be very strange without him and he will be sorely missed. He will be with us until the end of December, so we’ll have a more formal thank you and celebration later in the year, but we wanted to share our huge gratitude for his achievements at STiR and excitement for his next adventures.
Sandy is moving to work as Head of Distribution for the Teacher App at the end of September. He’s played a huge role in our development in UP over the last five years, and we wish him all the best for his exciting new opportunity.
