STiR Education is delighted to have been named as one of the 100 brightest innovations in K12 (primary and secondary) education from around the world, at the HundrED Innovation Summit in Helsinki today. Shortlisted by HundrED’s research team and academy members comprising of over 100 global education experts including teachers, leaders, academics and students, each innovation was evaluated based on its impact and scalability.
HundrED is a Finnish education non-profit, and the Collection highlights organisations who are investing in K12 education initiatives and demonstrate a shared passion for helping children to flourish in today’s world. This year’s collection includes representatives from every continent, and we’re pleased to be joined by other organisations working in India and Uganda including Global School Leaders, Dignitas and the PAL Network.
STiR CEO Sharath Jeevan said: “It’s wonderful to be recognised as part of the 2020 Global Collection alongside so many other inspiring education innovations from around the world. We look forward to engaging further with the HundrED team in the coming months.”
