STiR is delighted to share that we have been awarded a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Fellowship by Theirworld’s Innovation Programme, to support us to scale up our work in East Africa. We are very pleased to have been selected as one of six organisations to take part in this programme.

The MEL Fellowships will include masterclasses on generating evidence and one-to-one mentoring with experts from The Research People, a global consultancy that specialises in helping humanitarians create and use evidence. You can read more information about the Fellowships including the other Fellows here.

Viji Iyer, Head of Monitoring and Evaluation at STiR, said: “We’re very grateful to the Theirworld team for considering us for this MEL Fellowship. We are excited to learn alongside the other Fellows as we plan our expansion in East Africa, and to applying the learning from this programme into our global monitoring and evaluation activities.”
