We are very happy to share that our CEO Girish Menon has been included in the Social Entrepreneur Index 2022 curated by UMi. The Social Entrepreneur Index is about celebrating individuals who are bringing a positive impact in the world and are motivating others for building a purpose-led enterprise. The Social Entrepreneur Index was launched in 2019 and this movement has grown larger in size since the global pandemic.
STiR was also honoured in the Judges Choice category for our efforts to reignite the intrinsic motivation of teachers and children across the globe. In their feedback, the judges said: “Loved this nomination – their offer, purpose and impact really stood out along with the passion for making positive change.”
Girish says, “It is an honour to be a part of this Index along with so many impactful social enterprises. At STiR, we aim to reignite intrinsic motivation in teachers and children so that they can thrive in our increasingly complex world. We believe that fostering intrinsic motivation in stakeholders is the key to help children learn and improve. We are currently working in three countries and look forward to expanding to more geographies.”
